    Whether you’re visiting family in town, needing a weekend away, or an artist looking for a peaceful creative getaway, the Artist’s Cottage is the place! The studio apartment area features a queen bed, complete kitchen, and bathtub/shower combo.

  • Special Events

    The Artist’s Cottage natural setting and indoor/outdoor flow is unique to Conway event venues. From intimate gatherings to rehearsal dinners, fundraising events to baby showers, we can provide a lovely backdrop!

  • Workshops and Team Meetings

    Searching for a fresh space to gather your team, teach a workshop, or host a client session? Our studio workspace has tables and chairs, seats up to 20, and features built-in Sonos speakers connected to the TV for easy online connections.

  • Artist Rentals

    Designed with creatives in mind, The Artist’s Cottage can function as a rehearsal space for dancers and musicians, a studio for visual artists, a calming venue for yoga classes, or a backdrop for photo shoots. One wall has mirrors that can slide open or remain closed.

About the Cottage…

After spending more than two decades in arts education, nine of those years also as a mother, I know first hand the struggle of artists trying to focus on their art while teaching students, creating for others, and just generally trying to balance ALL the things of life and work and family and the occasional deep breath.

The Artist’s Cottage grew from a dream I had as a college student (MANY moons ago), to provide a safe place for artists of all kinds to rest while pouring out the ideas building up inside. My hope is that during your stay, you will find a bit of restoration, as well as the freedom to create whatever it is you are meant to bring into this world.

The space also offers a natural, intimate option for special events, meetings, workshops, and getaways.

As an avid gardener, I have filled the outdoor areas with perennials and native plants that serve as a backdrop for a bevy of pollinators and resident birds. Outdoor lighting, seating, and fire pits allow for you to enjoy nature no matter the time of day or season.

Whether you are looking to celebrate, recharge, gather, or create, you are welcome at The Artist’s Cottage!
